Course Contents: - The Philosophy of Yin Yoga, including Chinese medicine insights and meridian fundamentals - Yin Yoga Sequencing, verbal guidance and use of props - creating a Yin Yoga class suitable for anyone - Myofascial release techniques (ball rolling) to combine with Yin - Daily Yin classes, pranayama, meditation, anatomy, Yin philosophy and methodology - A deeply meditative practice of surrender, benefiting all aspects of life Location: Varkala, in the southern Indian state of Kerala, offers a uniquely tranquil setting for this 50 hrs Yin Yoga Teacher Training Course, where time slows down and the rhythm of the ocean supports deep, mindful stillness. A boutique stay equipped with just six thoughtfully designed rooms, the space offers an intimate and home-style environment for this 50 hrs Yin Yoga Teacher Training. Each room has its unique touch, offering peace and optimal comfort during your stay. There is a courtyard to rest and hangout, an attached cafe, as well as a spacious rooftop yoga hall where classes will be held. Daily schedule with slight adjustment on the 1st and last day: 7:00-8:45 Yin Practice & Pranayama 9:00 Breakfast 10:00-11:00 Yin Yoga Philosophy 11:15-13:00 Yin Teaching Methodology & Teaching Practice 13:00 Lunch and rest 16:00-17:00 Yin Anatomy 17:15-18:15 Meditation or Kirtan 18:45 Dinner Note: Graduates of this 50 hrs Yin Yoga Teacher Training will receive a certification recognized by Yoga Alliance (Continuing Education Programme), valid worldwide.
