Linda is an exceptional yoga teacher with years of experience across a range of modalities. She specializes in Yin Yoga, bringing a calm, patient presence and a unique approach that keeps students returning. Her deep knowledge of yoga is rooted in extensive study in India, which is evident in the quality of her teaching.

After taking several of her classes, I noticed a significant reduction in stress, along with a greater sense of calm. My joints also felt stronger and more flexible. Linda creates a gentle, supportive environment and is incredibly kind in her approach.

I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a skilled and professional yoga instructor.

Linda is such a gentle and knowledgeable teacher, and I've learned so much from her. She has a way of making everyone feel comfortable and supported, while sharing her knowledge in a way that's easy to understand and connect with. Her Yin classes are some of my favourites and have really deepened my appreciation for the practice.

I was lucky enough to have Linda as one of the teachers on my YTT, and her warmth, patience, and genuine passion for yoga made a lasting impression on me. I would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful, skilled, and caring teacher.

I attended Linda’s Yin Yoga classes in Tiruvannamalai in January 2026. Linda guides her classes with an exquisite sense of peace and harmony, rooted in her deep understanding of yoga and of the human body and mind. Her guidance is always calm and clear, and each student feels seen and cared for, no matter the size of the group. Not only do the classes benefit the body, but they also instil a quiet serenity in the mind, and after each class, students feel rejuvenated, relaxed, and peaceful within.

Tiruvannamalai, as a place of pilgrimage and self-inquiry, supports the process of going deep within one’s own being and discovering the peace that is our essential nature. The Anantha Niketan Ashram is situated in the peaceful countryside, surrounded by native trees and flowers, and provides the nourishment – through food, quietness, and space – that allows one to rest on a profound level.
