About Linda

My yoga journey began in 2019 in the Himalayan foothills of Nepal, where I first discovered the beauty of the practice of Hatha yoga. Since then, my path has taken me deeper into the heart of yoga through continued learning and practice in both Nepal and India. For the past six years, I have been living and teaching in this part of the world, sharing yoga with students from many different backgrounds – in 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainings, Yoga Retreats and Drop-in classes.

My practice and teaching is rooted primarily in Hatha and Yin Yoga, practices that invite balance between strength and softness. What fascinates me the most about Yin practice is the element of complete surrender and acceptance. To me it is truly a life-changing practice, transmitting so many important teachings and opening our hearts to the deeper realms within ourselves. At the same time, I equally love and appreciate the strength and steadiness aspects of traditional Hatha Yoga practices.

Another important and more recent element of my practice is Kirtan and mantra chanting. Through the power of voice, rhythm, and shared presence within community, chanting truly has become such a meditative and uplifting experience that connects myself and my students to the depth of yoga beyond the physical practice.

My intention as a teacher is to create a welcoming and grounded space where students from all walks of life can connect with their true nature, listen to their bodies, and gently explore their highest potential.

The heart Linda's Yoga offerings

All of my Yoga programs have one thing in common: to be a place of stillness amidst life's constant movement. Their essence serves as a reminder that we can remain rooted through change, soften without losing strength, and trust the natural ebb and flow of life.

These qualities are at the heart of my yoga practice and teaching. My offerings are an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and ground yourself - For seekers, feelers, and lifelong students.
